Yoga and Reality

As discussed before anything to have Value should be real else we dont tend to realize the importance of its existence. So only when in Hindu dharma we start or teach spiritual aspect from outside world by worshiping a idle or GOD. And then slowly moving within our selfs. Yoga is not just some postures or asanas .............they are methods or steps of attaining perfection in any activity performed. They make life meaning full and give purpose and reason of our core existence. Perfection can be attained by Bhati yoga, Raj yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, etc.......


Now when we say perfection we mean perfection in any activity performed let it be walking sleeping, eating , make love with your wife or girlfriend.... any activity with 100% involvment of your body , mind and soul. It will make you enjoy every moment of your existence. NOW THE QUESTION IS HOW TO DO THAT ??????????...... by yoga...

When you practice yoga of any form it will teach you to control breath and thus leading to controling your mind and body parts. Imagine a body which wont do anything without your awarness and a mind which is fully under your control and can do all what you wish tooooooooooo.......do.
Think of the habits or happening which you wish you could control . So yoga teaches how to begin control practice from withing your self and then control to be implemented around you... It disciplines your entire Nature, Habits, Body and Activities......
"Its always easy to fight with sombody around you but difficult to fight with your own self"
