Well that is quite a list of things to consider… And yes there was a change in those things. But again I have been moving around with such changes around me as student as a working professional, as kid but never felt the same before. Now was trying to put my observations together. Now let me tell you; this was the first time I have moved out of the country where I was born. I was born in India, so was well versed with the understanding about all what I have mentioned above i.e. the weather, the type of people, etc. But as I am right now in US I am unaware of all these things around her. This might be one of the reasons why my mind was entering this state of fear. Which it encounters might be frequently during 24 hours of living and sleeping, etc.
Now let us discuss the factor effect any mind. We as human have an understanding about our own self which we have acquired during the life of living. And among them there are fears which we are never able to overcome or which we have never encountered or some part of ourselves we are completely unaware about. This could be a situation where we feel humiliated, embarrassed, lonely, failing, losing, changing, angry, etc. Which we have experience too much or have not at all seen that.. But if we have not at all see it? That is what I am right now in…. then it’s kind of better because now I am becoming aware about my fears.. But if we are aware of the reason why we are entering the state of depression and are unable to do anything.. Then that is not good … As our reason of fear is taking control over the state we are in and kind of ruling it whenever we encounter such a situation.I guess I found a way of coming out of this state..
